Cesar ensures the ProQual team has practical training and preventative safety measures. In Cesar’s free time he loves spending time with his wife and son as well as traveling!

Daniel Vigil

Daniel comes over to us with several years of experience in the HOA industry as a former Community Manager and 7 years as an HOA landscape Branch Manager. This experience allows him to truly service our clients with the understanding and respect they deserve. Daniel is SLM and ACLP certified through ALCA. Daniel has one beautiful daughter and enjoys spending quality family time when not at work.

Adelina Brookshire

Administrative Assistant

Lina has been a part of our team since 2020. Lina has a wide skill set from accounting, collections, marketing, executive assistant and customer support. Outside of the office she loves to spend time with her husband, family and 2 dogs. She is all about fishing and the outdoors.

Kendra comes with 30 years in the management field.  She feels the core values to quality service is based on honesty, training, accountability, and most importantly communication. Kendra's experience includes working in the HOA management field which she values this knowledge in her role here at ProQual. Kendra is ACLP and SLM certified through ALCA. 

Elise Hernandez

Elise is a recent graduate from Grand Canyon University with a degree in Healthcare Administration with a minor in Business Administration. Her experience in sales, marketing, and the landscape industry is key to our commercial landscaping division! Elise is SLM certified through ALCA. In her free time she enjoys traveling and spending time with her family.

Liz Foutz

Account Manager

With over 20 years of experience in the landscape industry, Liz has a deep understanding of cultivating meaningful relationships with both her clients and the teams she manages. Liz's passion for plants began at an early age, working at her aunt's garden center at just 11 years old.  She earned a Bachelor of Science Degree with Honors in Landscape Horticulture from Ohio State University and is ALCP and SLM Certified through ALCA. In her free time, Liz enjoys spending time with friends, being outdoors, and watching Ohio State football.

Chris La Belle

With over 15 years of experience in the landscape industry, Chris has managed HOA, commercial, industrial, and residential accounts. He excels in overseeing account management, nurturing professional relationships, and conducting thorough audits to identify enhancement opportunities and ensure top-notch quality. Outside of work, Chris enjoys spending time with his wife and four kids.

Carlos Galindo

Lead irrigation Technician

Carlos plays an integral role in our irrigation division from training our technicians on smart irrigation controllers and assisting with onboarding new team members. Carlos also loves to spend time with his wife and daughter exploring the great outdoors!
