HEALTH Benefits

ProQual Landscaping sponsors medical, dental, and vision coverage for full-time employees (working 30 hours or more per week) and their eligible dependents. These plans are designed to support preventive care, ongoing treatment, and overall wellness.

Company-Paid Benefits

We provide the following core benefits at no cost to employees:

  • Short-Term and Long-Term Disability Insurance – A source of income replacement if an employee becomes unable to work due to illness or injury.
  • Life and AD&D Insurance – Coverage equal to 1x your annual earnings, including Accidental Death and Dismemberment protection.

Additional Programs

  • Employee Assistance Program (EAP) – A free, confidential resource available to employees and their dependents. The EAP provides support for emotional, legal, financial, and family issues, as well as assistance with caregiving and everyday life challenges.
  • Perks at Work – An employee discount program offering savings on a wide range of products and services.

Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA)

Employees may contribute pre-tax dollars through payroll deductions to:

  • Medical FSA – Pay for eligible healthcare expenses
  • Dependent Care FSA – Reimburse qualifying expenses for child care, including day care and summer camps.

Voluntary Benefit

Employees can elect to purchase additional coverage at group rates, including:

  • Supplemental Life and AD&D Insurance – Available for employees, spouses, and dependent children.
  • Hospital Indemnity – Provides a benefit when a covered individual is admitted to a hospital.
  • Accident Insurance – Helps cover costs related to ER visits, hospitalization, or ambulance services; ideal for active individuals or families with children in sports.
  • Critical Illness Insurance – Offers financial protection for severe conditions such as heart attack, stroke, coronary bypass, and organ transplant. Includes a wellness benefit for annual exams.

401(k) Retirement Plan

ProQual Landscaping and its subsidiaries offer a 401(k) plan to support long-term financial planning. The plan includes a company match, helping employees build retirement savings 
over time.
